Mandi Paswaters – Senior Manager of Legal Services. As leader of the paralegal team, Mandi is responsible for all aspects of legal review and diligence for the company. Mandi has expertise in title insurance, surveys, legal review, and escrow closings.  Skilled in efficiency and leadership, Mandi facilitates the coordination of legal duties for Gardner Capital’s various development and syndication projects. Prior to joining Gardner Capital, Mandi was a supervisor for the legal team at O’Reilly Auto Parts corporate office headquartered in Springfield, Missouri. Mandi holds an Associate’s Degree in Organizational Studies from Drury University and is currently working toward a Bachelor’s in Business Management at University of Missouri-St. Louis.
