Marcianne Gagliardi has 15 years’ experience in the financial services industry, recognized for her leadership in strategic partnerships and growth initiatives. Her key roles include; leading a financial advisor office at Edward Jones with $86 million in assets and innovating as a Practice Management Consultant at LPL Financial Services. At Washington University, she significantly contributed to the Wells Fargo Advisors Center for Finance and Accounting and The Bauer Leadership Center, optimizing both operational processes and collaborative workflows. Currently, she serves as Chief of Staff at Gardner Capital. Beyond her professional realm, she is a dedicated Leadership Coach, leveraging her extensive experience to inspire and develop the next generation of leaders.
