LOUIS – GCRE Construction, a Dallas-based full service general contractor specializing in multifamily housing construction and consultation services, announced Thursday the completion of its newest housing development Riverview at Calallen – a new multifamily, garden-style community located in Corpus Christi, Texas that will bring high-quality, modern and affordable housing to 96 families in the area. Gardner Capital, a St. Louis-based private equity firm specializing in affordable housing and solar development and investment, developed and financed Riverview at Calallen in partnership with Madhouse Development, Citi Community Capital, Raymond James Tax Credit Fund , and the City of Corpus Christi. The Dallas-based UAH Property Management will manage and operate Riverview at Calallen.
