Gardner Capital, a family-owned private equity firm specializing in affordable housing and solar development, is pleased to announce the groundbreaking on its first multifamily housing development in Cincinnati, Ohio – Roselawn Senior Housing. When finished, the development will provide housing for 50 residences for seniors in Roselawn, a suburb of Greater Cincinnati.
Roselawn Senior Housing’s location , near the intersection of Reading Road and Losantiville Avenue in Roselawn, was carefully chosen with the aim of providing seniors with quick, easy access to various nearby health care and social service providers, public transportation and other essential amenities. In addition, the project will provide onsite management, supportive services, programming and ample community space. Also, using state-of-the-art construction techniques, the building will be highly energy-efficient and will achieve a LEED Silver certification when finished.
