As CFO, Ed Vandeven leads the accounting and finance group and is responsible for the financial operations and strategy of the company. Working closely with the Executive Committee, Ed provides strategic insight and resources in uncovering business opportunities as well as assessing business risks. With over 30 years of progressive experience including tax credit financing, financial services, and public accounting and a proven track record of partnering with leadership to significantly improve profitability. Ed has led high-performance teams at industry-leading companies for tax credit investing, broker-dealers, airline service providers, delivery/distribution, and wholesale appliance parts distribution.

Ed is a Certified Public Accountant, with a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Saint Louis University and a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting from the University of Missouri, Columbia.
