Jordan Snyder- joined Gardner Capital in November 2021 as a Development Manager operating mainly in the Texas Region. Jordan is responsible for assisting with new business development, site selection/acquisition and overseeing the development process as it relates to affordable housing/LIHTC projects in Texas and various other states (I.e. Colorado, Illinois, etc.). He also oversees local government and community relations, zoning/entitlements, due diligence and closing for his pipeline of deals.

Prior to joining Gardner Capital, Jordan was an Associate within Bank OZK’s Real Estate Specialties Group (RESG) in which he asset managed over 20 construction/operating loans totaling over $1 billion in loan commitments during his 4 years there. In a life before real estate, Jordan was a Marketing Assistant with the PGA TOUR at their TPC Craig Ranch property in McKinney, TX and an Assistant Golf Professional with Meadowbrook Golf & Country Club in Prairie Village, KS.

Jordan received his Master’s of Business Administration (MBA) from Southern Methodist University with Real Estate and Finance concentrations in May 2018. Jordan received his Bachelor’s of Business Administration (BBA) from University of Missouri – Kansas City with a Marketing major in May 2014.
