Chris Frimel – Chris Frimel serves as an Asset Manager for Gardner’s portfolio of properties primarily focused in the Midwest and Southeast, leading the long-term operations of multifamily projects.  Prior to joining Gardner Capital, Mr. Frimel worked for 5 years in Asset Management of direct and fund investments at US Bank. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Finance and Real Estate from University of Missouri and Master’s in Business-Finance from the University of Missouri-St. Louis.
