The primary objective of our company is the sponsorship of affordable housing partnerships through the use of state and federal low-income housing tax credits and tax exempt bonds. Our secondary objective is the sponsorship of historic preservation projects. Frequently, we are able to accomplish both objectives by providing funding for affordable historic projects.
